Teaming
Teaming covers both directions: finding partners to pursue work with, and recording the arrangements you are looking for.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Teaming & Partners: browse and evaluate potential partners for the work you chase.
- Teaming interests: record whether you want to prime or sub, and on what kinds of work, so the platform can surface matching partners.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”Teaming decisions happen early and shape everything after. Recording interests once means partner suggestions stay relevant without re-explaining your goals each time.
Expressing interest sends a real match request to the posting company. The request persists for their review; a request to your own posting or a duplicate pending request is rejected with a message instead of failing silently.
